Refurbish the Rooms.
Upgrade Your Guest Experience.

A guest room does not have to be stripped out to look newly refurbished. Wrapt Interiors™ re-skins the surfaces guests actually see and touch — headboard walls, wardrobe fronts, vanity units, doors and built-in joinery — in premium architectural film, applied in situ over the joinery the property already owns.

Rooms come back in days rather than seasons. The work is programmed floor by floor and after hours so the hotel, lodge or guesthouse keeps trading, and it typically costs up to 70% less than replacing the same surfaces.

Six ways a property is refurbished while it keeps trading.

Nothing is torn out. The rooms stay furnished, the layout stays as it is, and only the surface changes — one floor at a time.

01

The Guest-Room Facelift

Headboard walls, wardrobe fronts, vanity units, door leaves and built-in joinery renewed in one programme, on one palette. The room does not read as a room that has been patched — it reads as a newly refurbished one, because every surface a guest looks at has changed together.

02

Floor by Floor, Never the Whole House

We programme around your occupancy rather than against it: a wing or a floor at a time, after hours and through shutdown periods, so only one area is out of use while we work. Access windows are agreed with your general manager and facilities team before the first roll is cut.

03

Front of House

Reception desks and the wall behind them. Lobby feature walls and columns. Lift cars, which take more punishment than any other surface in the building and are the most disruptive thing to replace. Each is refinished in situ — though on this page the rooms are the main event.

04

The Furniture That Stays

Desks, pedestals, luggage benches, headboards and freestanding wardrobes renewed rather than replaced: no procurement lead time, no delivery, nothing carried down a service lift. Every piece is assessed on its own at the survey, and we say plainly where a surface should not be wrapped.

05

Bathrooms & Vanities

Vanity units, cupboard fronts and the panels around them brought onto a stone or timber finish that answers the bedroom, in ordinary interior conditions and wiped clean by your housekeeping team. We walk the bathroom at the survey and tell you which elements we would leave alone.

06

One Reference Across Forty Doors

The exact film reference is named on your written specification, element by element. That is what makes room 112 match room 340 — and what means a panel a trolley catches three years from now is matched to the same reference and re-wrapped on its own, rather than pulling a floor out of service.

Choosing the family

Which finish family suits a hotel or a lodge.

Three families carry most of this work. The difference between them is what you want a guest to feel in the first second the door opens.

Wood for the lodge register. Oaks, walnuts and limed ashes are what a bush lodge or a country guesthouse is usually reaching for, and the embossed ranges carry the grain as texture under the hand rather than as a printed picture. One grain can run from the wardrobe fronts onto the door leaf and the luggage bench, so the room reads as a single commission instead of a set of separate purchases.

Stone for the vanity and its surround. Marble, travertine and honed concrete give a vanity unit and the panels around it the weight of slab work in ordinary interior conditions — finished in situ, with no templating and no tear-out. That is how a stone you could not justify across forty rooms becomes one you can.

Textile for the wall behind the bed. Linen weaves, fine fabric grains and leather effects give the headboard wall the warmth of upholstery without a yard of it — and unlike upholstery they wipe clean with a damp cloth, which matters on the one surface in the room every single guest leans against.

The finishes

A pale oak, a honed stone, or a linen weave.

Good questions

What hoteliers and lodge owners ask us.

Can we stay open while you refurbish?

Yes — most of our hospitality work is programmed exactly that way. Evenings, weekends and shutdown periods are normal for us, and larger properties are phased so only one wing, floor or block of rooms is out of use at a time. The access windows are agreed with your team before the first roll is cut, and the programme is confirmed in writing after the survey.

How long does a room take?

Most projects run two to four days, but the honest answer for your property comes from the survey rather than from a web page. It depends on the element count in the room, the condition of the joinery and the access you can give us — so we programme the rooms per property and put that schedule in writing before anything is committed.

Will every room match?

Yes, because the exact film reference is named against each element on your written, itemised specification rather than described by eye. Room 112 and room 340 are finished from the same named film, and when a panel is damaged years later it is matched to that same reference again — which is the difference between a repair and a re-do.

What about the scuffs and knocks guests give a room?

Premium architectural films are engineered for daily contact — door leaves, wardrobe fronts and lift cars that take hundreds of touches a day — and our finish films carry the manufacturers' own warranties against cracking, peeling and fade for up to 10 years. Where a panel is damaged, that panel alone is re-wrapped rather than the room. Day-to-day care is a damp cloth and a mild cleaner, no abrasive pads: brief housekeeping once and that is the regime.

Is it worth it against a full refurbishment?

On the surfaces we cover, wrapping typically costs up to 70% less than replacing them, and it happens in situ — no strip-out, no skip and no builder's mess through your lobby. Where an element is past a finish we say so rather than sell around it: film is a finish, not a structural repair, and a carcass that has failed needs replacing.

Planning a refurbishment?

See it on your
own surfaces.

Tell us the room count, the elements and the access you can give us.

We survey the property, bring the film brands’ sample books so the shortlist is judged in the room’s own light, and follow with a written, itemised specification naming the exact film reference against each element.
