Boardrooms, receptions, lifts — the spaces where your business makes its biggest first impression.
- Boardroom tables
- Meeting-room walls
- Reception desks
- Lift interiors
- Lobby cladding
- Office doors & frames
- Tea points & kitchenettes
- Retail counters
- Shopfronts
- Feature & branding walls
Refinish the interior your business is judged on without closing it. We wrap boardrooms, reception fronts, lift interiors and retail fixtures in premium architectural film — after hours, floor by floor, and back in service the next morning, where a strip-out and rebuild would close the space for weeks.
The spaces we renew, and what each one asks for.
Boardrooms & Meeting Rooms
The room your clients judge you in. Tables, wall panelling, doors and joinery brought onto one considered palette — usually over a weekend, so Monday’s meeting happens in a different room.
- Boardroom tables & credenzas
- Wall panelling & feature walls
- Doors, frames & glazing surrounds
Reception & Front of House
The first ninety seconds of every visit. Reception fronts, back walls and waiting-area joinery re-skinned in stone, timber or a brand-matched solid, without closing the desk.
- Reception desks & fronts
- Back-of-desk feature walls
- Waiting-area joinery & counters
Lifts, Lobbies & Circulation
Lift interiors take more traffic and more damage than any other surface in the building — and are the most disruptive thing to replace. Wrapping refinishes a lift car overnight, where replacing one takes the car out of service for weeks.
- Lift car walls, doors & returns
- Lobby cladding & columns
- Corridor doors & signage panels
Retail, hospitality and everything that takes a beating.
Retail & Shopfit
Counters, gondola ends, fitting-room fronts and shopfronts refinished between trading hours — a store refreshed without a refit and without lost days.
Hospitality & Guest Rooms
Rooms turned around one floor at a time: wardrobes, headboard walls, vanities and doors, so the property keeps selling the rooms it isn’t working on.
High-Traffic Durability
Doors, lift cars and reception fronts take hundreds of touches a day. Premium architectural film is engineered for exactly that, and a damaged panel is re-wrapped rather than replaced.
Programme & Procurement
One written, itemised specification, film references named against elements, manufacturer data sheets on request, and a schedule that fits your access windows.
A refit's result, without the refit.
Replacement means demolition, a strip-out, a rebuild, a skip and weeks of a floor you cannot let, trade in or bill for. Wrapping happens in situ: the joinery stays, the layout stays, and only the surface changes — typically for up to 70% less than replacing the same elements, with the work programmed into evenings, weekends and shutdowns.
Specified from a library, not a swatch book.
Over 1,500 architectural film finishes from Cover Styl’, 3M DI-NOC and LX Hausys — stone and marble, timber, brushed metal, textile effects and a deep range of solid colours for brand palettes. Manufacturer data sheets are available on request.
Survey, specify, install around you.
Survey & Sample
We walk the floor with you, measure every element and bring the film brands' sample books — so the finish is approved in the room's own light, and the choice is settled at the visit.
Specify & Programme
A written, itemised specification names the film against each element, with the preparation listed rather than assumed — and a schedule built around your access windows.
Install & Hand Back
Applicators wrap in situ, after hours or floor by floor. You get the space back clean and in use, with the manufacturer's warranty documents at handover.
What facilities and fit-out teams ask us.
Can you work after hours or over a weekend?
Yes — most of our commercial work is programmed that way. Evenings, weekends and shutdown periods are normal for us, and larger floors are phased so only one area is out of use at a time. We plan the access windows with your facilities team before the first roll is cut.
How disruptive is it compared with replacing the joinery?
Far less. Wrapping happens in situ: no demolition, no strip-out, no skip and no builder's mess through your lobby. Nothing goes to the rubbish dump, the space stays broadly usable while we work, and it typically costs up to 70% less than replacing the same surfaces.
How long does a boardroom take?
Most single rooms are a matter of days rather than weeks, and are commonly programmed across a weekend so the room is back in service on Monday. The honest answer depends on the element count, the condition of the surfaces and the access you can give us — we confirm the schedule in writing after the survey, not before.
How durable is it in a high-traffic commercial space?
Premium architectural films are engineered for exactly this: doors, lift cars, reception fronts and panelling that take hundreds of touches a day. Our finish films carry the manufacturers' own warranties against cracking, peeling and fade for up to 10 years, and where a published specification matters for an element or environment, the manufacturer's data sheet is available on request.
Can you match our brand colours or produce a custom finish?
We specify from over 1,500 architectural film finishes — Cover Styl’, Bodaq, 3M DI-NOC and LX Hausys — including a deep range of solid colours, so brand palettes are usually matched from stock ranges. Bring us your colour reference and we will sample against it before anything is committed.
A cheaper wrapping quote has come in — what are we comparing?
Usually the film, and what happens after handover. Low quotes in this market are often built on decorative vinyl rather than architectural film — a different product class, without the manufacturer's specification or warranty behind it — and on installation that stops at the visible face. The cost difference reappears at the first lifted edge, multiplied across a floor of doors. Ask any bidder, including us, to name the film reference in writing, supply the manufacturer's data sheet, and put the warranty on paper. We are comfortable being compared on those terms.
What maintenance does a wrapped commercial interior need?
Day-to-day cleaning only: a damp cloth and a mild cleaner, no abrasive pads or scouring creams. Brief your cleaning company once and that is the maintenance regime. If a panel is damaged — a trolley into a lift wall, a knock on a door — that panel alone is re-wrapped, usually in hours.
