The Office Upgrade Nobody
Has to Move Out For.
A working office usually stays dated because of what it costs to stop working. Wrapt Interiors™ re-skins the floor your teams are sitting on — desks and workstations, partition panels, storage walls, the doors along the corridor and the kitchenette — in premium architectural film, applied in situ over the furniture and joinery you already own.
Up to 70% less than replacing the same surfaces, a typical install of 2–4 days, and a programme cut into your evenings, weekends and access windows. The floor keeps trading while the surfaces change.
Five parts of a working office that change without a move.
Nothing is torn out and nothing is carried down to a skip. The desks, the partitions, the doors and the storage stay exactly where they are — only the surface changes.
Desks & Workstations
A bank of desks dates a floor faster than the walls do. Sound workstations are wrapped where they stand — tops, returns, modesty panels and pedestal fronts brought onto one warm timber or a soft matte solid that stops a screen glaring back at you. The desk that already fits the space stays in the space; only the surface changes, and the team is back at it the next morning — where a strip-out and refit would cost you weeks of the floor.
Partition Panels & Storage Walls
Screen panels, half-height dividers and the long bank of storage down the wall are usually three finishes pretending to be one. Wrapping brings them onto a single calm tone, edge to edge, with no visible joints and no paint fumes on an occupied floor. A quiet storage wall is what makes an open-plan floor read as designed rather than as accumulated.
The Doors Along the Corridor
Count the doors on one floor: meeting rooms, stores, service risers — each fitted at a different time in a slightly different colour. Every one is wrapped face and edge on its existing hinges, with no removal and no re-hanging. Doors take hundreds of touches a day, which is precisely the duty premium architectural film is engineered for.
The Kitchenette & Breakout Corner
Cupboard fronts, the tea-point counter and the breakout bench take the hardest daily use in the building and show it first. This is the kitchens craft at office scale: fronts wrapped on their carcasses, counters in a stone or timber effect, and the whole corner wipe-clean afterwards. Programmed across a weekend, the Monday coffee queue arrives to a different corner.
Floor by Floor, Desk by Desk
The programme is half the value. Work is phased so one zone is out of use at a time, and cut into evenings, weekends and the access windows your facilities team gives us. Desks are cleared area by area rather than the whole floor at once. Nobody packs into boxes, nobody decants to a swing space, and the floor keeps trading throughout.
Which finish families suit an office floor.
An office floor is a long view with a lot of repetition in it. Three families do most of the work, and the choice between them is what you want the floor to feel like at nine on a Monday.
Solids for calm at scale. Deep charcoals, warm greys and soft off-whites in matte, satin or soft-touch settle a long open-plan floor the way pattern cannot. One tone runs across partition panels, a storage wall and the doors between them with no visible joints and no paint fumes on a floor people are working on that afternoon — and the solid ranges are where brand palettes are usually matched from stock.
Wood for warmth where people sit. Oak, walnut and ash carry desks, breakout joinery and meeting-room walls, and the embossed ranges hold the grain as texture under the hand rather than as a printed picture. A fine-line timber across a bank of workstations warms a floor that overhead lighting has flattened, and it takes the traffic a work surface actually gets.
Metal for the accents that catch light. Brushed and hairline metal effects belong on the details — door edges and kickplates, a kitchenette front, a reception-facing return — used sparingly, so the floor gains a note of precision rather than a theme.
A brand-matched solid, a fine-line oak, or a brushed metal.

What office and facilities managers ask us.
Can the team keep working while you install?
Yes — that is how our commercial work is programmed. Evenings, weekends and shutdown periods are normal for us, and larger floors are phased so only one area is out of use at a time. We plan the access windows with your facilities team before the first roll is cut, and the rest of the floor keeps trading while we work. A typical install runs 2–4 days; the schedule is confirmed in writing after the survey, not before.
Is it worth doing against buying new office furniture?
On the money and on the fit. Wrapping the same surfaces typically costs up to 70% less than replacing them, and a desk that already fits the space stays in the space — no planning a floorplan around whatever the supplier has in stock, no strip-out, no skip and no delivery lead time. Where a piece should be replaced rather than wrapped, we say so at the survey, before you spend.
How do you keep dozens of identical elements matching?
By naming one film reference and holding it. A single film code runs across every workstation, every partition panel and every door in the specification, and that exact code is written onto your itemised quote against each element rather than described loosely and left to interpretation. The manufacturer's data sheet for that film is available on request, so procurement has a published specification to check the delivered work against.
If one desk is damaged a year later, what happens?
That element alone is re-wrapped. The work is done element by element, so a knocked desk top, a scraped door or a damaged partition panel is renewed without touching the workstations either side of it — usually in hours. These are premium architectural films from the world's leading film brands, warrantied by their manufacturers against cracking, peeling and fade for up to 10 years, and the film reference on your quote is exactly what we come back with.
See it on your
own surfaces.
Tell us the floors, the element counts and the access you can give us.
We survey the space, bring the film brands’ sample books so the shortlist is judged against your own desks and panels in your own light, and follow with a written, itemised quote naming the exact film reference against each element.
