Your Client Experience —
Elevated & Luxurious.

A spa or a salon sells a feeling long before it sells a treatment, and the surfaces are what deliver it. Wrapt Interiors™ re-skins the dry surfaces of that space in premium architectural film — reception and the retail shelving beside it, treatment-room panelling, doors and the feature wall behind the bed, relaxation lounges, salon stations and the joinery around the mirrors.

Nothing is torn out and nothing leaves in a skip. The work is done in situ, programmed around your appointment book, and typically costs up to 70% less than replacing the same elements — most rooms in two to four days. The scope is drawn honestly at the survey — room by room, surface by surface, before anything is committed.

Ideas by room

Five ways a spa or salon changes without closing for a refit.

The beds stay, the stations stay, the layout stays. Only the dry surfaces change — and they change in the room, around your appointments.

01

The Treatment Room That Whispers

A client lying face down should have nothing asked of them. Soft-grain woods and linen weaves go onto the dry surfaces that hold the room together — the joinery, the panelling, the door, and a headboard-style feature wall behind the bed that gives the room a centre. The texture is embossed into the film, so it reads under the hand as well as under low light, and it wipes down with a damp cloth between appointments.

02

Reception & Retail Displays

Reception is the first thing a client sees and the last surface they touch on the way out with a product in their hand. The desk front, the wall behind it and the shelving joinery carrying your retail range come onto one palette in situ, so the products sit against a finish that flatters them rather than competes with them. No cabinetry is ordered, and the desk never leaves the room.

03

The Salon Stations

Counters, station joinery and the surrounds framing the mirrors are where a salon actually earns — and where product lands. Film brings them onto one considered finish without a joinery order, and the counsel comes with it: wipe spills when you see them, clean with a mild cleaner, keep aggressive solvents off the surface. Which film suits a colour bar rather than a nail station is judged at the survey, against the manufacturer's data sheet for that reference.

04

The Relaxation Lounge

The room between treatments is where people decide whether to linger, and warmth is what keeps them there. One generous feature wall in a honed stone or a deep textile weave, the built-in seating fronts and the shutters or doors around them, all wrapped to a single palette. It is the composition a refit would charge you for, applied to the joinery already standing.

05

Programmed Around Your Appointment Book

A diary booked weeks ahead is not an obstacle, it is the brief. Most of our commercial work runs after hours, over weekends or through a shutdown period, and a larger facility is phased so only one room is out of use at a time while the rest keeps trading. Access windows are agreed with your manager before the first roll is cut.

Choosing the family

Which finish family suits a spa or salon.

Three families do most of the work in these rooms. The question they answer is how a client should feel in the first ten seconds, before anyone has greeted them.

Textile for softness. Linen weaves, fine fabric grains and suede effects take the hardness out of a room and give panelling a warmth paint cannot reach — the quality you want behind a treatment bed or across a lounge wall. The texture is embossed into the film, so it reads under the hand, and it wipes down with a damp cloth, which upholstery cannot.

Wood for warmth. Pale oak, ash and warmer walnut are what a wellness room reaches for, and the embossed ranges hold the grain as texture rather than as a printed picture. A soft, light grain keeps a treatment room open and restful; a deeper one gives reception and the retail joinery something to anchor to.

Stone for calm at scale. Honed marble, travertine and poured concrete reward the one generous wall a lounge or a reception can give them — veining needs room to run before it reads as stone rather than as pattern. Whole walls are finished in situ, with no templating and no tear-out.

Good questions

What spa and salon owners ask us.

Can you wrap the steam room or the showers?

Moisture itself is not the problem — architectural films are moisture resistant, and a treatment room or vanity is ordinary work; the manufacturers even publish shower and bath applications for certain films with sealed edges. Our rule is simpler: we quote what we can stand behind in writing, and steam-room saturation, sauna heat and continuous direct water take long-term performance outside that line. So a spa scope is drawn around everything else: reception and the retail joinery, treatment-room panelling, doors and feature walls, relaxation lounges, salon stations and the joinery around the mirrors. We walk the facility with you at the survey, settle the scope surface by surface with honest counsel, and write it into the itemised specification — so what is included sits in the same document as the price.

What about hair dye, peroxide and nail products on the surfaces?

Our answer is a care regime, not a performance claim. Colour, peroxide, acetone and remover are part of a working salon, and the honest advice is plain: wipe spills when you see them, clean with a mild cleaner and a damp cloth, and keep aggressive solvents off the surface. On what any particular film will tolerate, the manufacturer's data sheet for the exact reference is the authority, and we supply it on request rather than talk over it. At the survey we go station by station and give you an honest expectation for each, because a colour bar and a reception desk are not asking the same thing of a finish. If a panel does take damage later, that panel alone is re-wrapped without touching the rest of the run.

Can we stay open while you work?

Usually, yes. Most of our commercial work is programmed after hours, over weekends or through a shutdown period, and a larger facility is phased so only one room is out of use at a time — the rest of the floor keeps trading and the diary keeps running. Access windows are planned with your manager before the first roll is cut, and single rooms take days rather than weeks. We confirm the schedule in writing after the survey, not before, so what you tell your clients is something we have already committed to.

How is the finish chosen?

In the room, in its own light. We bring the film brands’ sample books to the measure-up and hold the shortlist against your own joinery and your own walls — a warm oak under a treatment room's low lamps is a different oak under the downlights at reception. The visit ends with the choice settled, and the exact film reference is named against each element on your written, itemised specification: films from the world's leading film brands, warrantied against cracking, peeling and fade for up to 10 years, with the manufacturer's data sheet on request.
