The Room Where Big Decisions Are Made,
Renewed Over a Weekend.

A boardroom is where clients, investors and candidates form a view they will never say out loud. Wrapt Interiors™ re-skins that room in premium architectural film — the feature wall behind the head of the table, the panelling, the credenzas, the doors and, where the top allows it, the table itself.

Nothing is torn out and nothing leaves in a skip. The work is done in situ and programmed around your diary, typically for up to 70% less than replacing the same elements — and most single rooms are a matter of days rather than weeks.

Ideas by room

Five ways a boardroom changes without a refit.

The table stays, the panelling stays, the layout stays. Only the surfaces change — and they change in the room, around your meetings.

01

The Feature Wall Behind the Head of the Table

Every eye, every camera and every projected slide already points at that wall. A deep timber grain or a honed stone run across it gives the chair at the head of the table something to sit against, and gives the room its authority back without moving a single wall.

02

The Boardroom Table Itself, Renewed

A table that has held twenty years of meetings usually still holds them perfectly well — it is the top that dates the room. Where the surface is sound and flat enough for film to bond to it, that top is re-skinned in situ in walnut, pale oak or stone, and the table you already own reads as the table you would have chosen. Whether your particular top is a candidate is judged at the measure-up, on the piece, rather than agreed over the phone.

03

Wall Panelling & Framed Inserts

Existing panelling and framed inserts wrapped face and edge, so the room gains depth instead of another coat of paint. Run one calm finish across the panels and set a stronger one inside the frames behind the head of the table — the composition a refit would charge you for, on joinery already standing.

04

Joinery & Credenzas

Credenzas, storage runs, service counters and the doors and frames on the way in, all brought onto one considered palette with the walls and the table. That is the difference between a room that was redecorated and a room that was designed — and no cabinetry is ordered to achieve it.

05

Programmed Around Your Diary

Most of our commercial work runs after hours, over weekends or through a shutdown period, and larger floors are phased so only one area is out of use at a time. The access windows are agreed with your facilities team before the first roll is cut — which is how a boardroom comes back into service on Monday morning and the floor keeps trading in the meantime.

Choosing the family

Which finish family suits a boardroom.

Three families do most of the work in this room. The question they answer is what people should feel in the first ten seconds, before anyone has spoken.

Wood for gravitas. Walnut, oak and ash are what a boardroom has always reached for, and the embossed ranges hold the grain as texture under the hand rather than as a printed picture. A dark grain behind the head of the table settles the room; a paler one keeps it open and light.

Stone for calm at scale. Marble, travertine and poured concrete reward the one generous wall a boardroom can give them — veining needs room to run before it reads as stone rather than as pattern. Whole feature walls are finished in situ, with no templating and no tear-out, which is how a slab nobody would sign off becomes a wall that is easy to.

Textile for warmth without weight. Linen weaves, fine fabric grains and leather effects take the hardness off a room of glass and screens, and give panelling a warmth paint cannot reach. One continuous finish can run across the panels, a credenza and the door — then be wiped down with a damp cloth, which upholstery cannot.

Good questions

What boards and facilities teams ask us.

Can meetings carry on while you work?

Usually, yes. Most of our commercial work is programmed after hours, over weekends or through a shutdown period, and larger floors are phased so only one area is out of use at a time — the floor keeps trading while we work. Access windows are planned with your facilities team before the first roll is cut. Single rooms take days rather than weeks, and a boardroom is commonly programmed across a weekend so it is back in service on Monday. We confirm the schedule in writing after the survey, not before.

Can you do just the table?

Yes. Furniture is wrapped element by element, so a single boardroom table is an entirely normal job — as is doing the table now and the wall behind it later. The one honest test is the top itself: film needs a surface sound and flat enough to bond to, and that is assessed at the measure-up on the piece rather than settled over the phone. Where a piece should not be wrapped, you hear it before you spend, not after.

Do you build the joinery and the panelling?

The wrapping is ours; new credenzas, panelling and framing are built by trusted partners we work with. Where the joinery is already in the room, Wrapt Interiors™ wraps it face and edge, including the returns and the cut-outs. Where it is not yet built, we arrange the work through our partners — or come in behind your own joiner — and deliver the two as one programme, agreed at the survey.

How is the finish chosen?

In the room, in its own light. We bring the film brands’ sample books to the measure-up and hold the shortlist against your own panelling and your own table — a stone that reads cool under morning glass is a different stone by four in the afternoon. The visit ends with the choice settled, and the exact film reference is named against each element on your written, itemised specification — films from the world's leading film brands, warrantied against cracking, peeling and fade for up to 10 years, with the manufacturer's data sheet on request.

We arrange a survey, bring the film brands’ sample books so the shortlist is judged in the room’s own light, and follow with a written, itemised specification naming the exact film reference against each element.
