How Wrapt Interiors™ handles your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Who we are
Wrapt Interiors™ (“we”, “us”) is the responsible party for the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@wraptinteriors.co.za.
What we collect
When you request a quote or otherwise contact us, we collect:
- Your contact details — name, email and phone number.
- Details about your project — the surface or space you'd like wrapped, your area, the full address you give us for a site survey, and any message.
- Any photos of the space you choose to upload to help us quote.
- Basic, privacy-friendly analytics about your visit (such as the page viewed and referrer) — no cross-site tracking or advertising profiles.
Why we use it
We use your information first and foremost to respond to and fulfil your enquiry — to contact you, prepare an estimate, arrange a sample visit and site survey, and carry out any work you go ahead with. For this we rely on your consent (the box you tick when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
Marketing is separate and optional. Only if you tick the additional marketing box will we occasionally send you news, offers and inspiration. You can withdraw that consent at any time — every marketing email carries a one‑click unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe we stop and suppress future marketing to you. We do not sell your information, and we never add you to marketing without that explicit opt‑in.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the platform, each bound by their own data‑processing terms: secure cloud hosting and database, transactional email delivery, bot/spam protection on our forms, privacy‑friendly website analytics, error monitoring, and mapping for directions to your site. Where you share photos of your space, we may have them processed by a trusted third‑party AI service solely to prepare a visual preview of the finish for you; those photos are not used to train their models. We do not share your details with anyone else without your consent, unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and thereafter only as long as we have a legitimate or legal reason to. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
How we protect it
Information is encrypted in transit, held in access‑controlled systems, and any photos you upload are stored privately and viewable only by our team.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to its processing. Email hello@wraptinteriors.co.za and we'll action your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
